Reporting Spam to Improve Detection - Windows Outlook

If you think a message that has entered your mailbox is spam, and it has not been flagged with "*****SPAM*****", you can submit it to Sophos, the makers of PureMessage, to help improve spam detection.

1. You have a message you can tell is SPAM but was not caught by the SPAM filter.
2. Click New Mail
   
3. In the To… field, put [e-mail]
   
4. Select Attach Item from the menu
   
5. Select the SPAM message
   Click OK
   
6. The message is attached to the email
   
7. You may use the subject line of your choice.
8. Click Send
