How do I map network drives on my PC?

Note: you will need to be connected to the UH Network or be connected through the VPN to set up, or use your mapped drive afterward.

1. Press Win + E to open a File Explorer window.

2.  Choose This PC from the left side of the window.

3.  Click the Computer tab.

4. Click the Map Network Drive button.

5. The Map Network Drive dialog box appears.

6. Choose a drive letter.

7. Type network address from the list below.

8. Type the username and password to access the network resource.

9. Check both boxes

10. Click the Finish button.

**The drive letter you select depends upon what resource(s) you need access to.
