Configuring Email using IOS Mobile Devices

For iOS 11

1. Go to Settings
2. Select Accounts & Passwords
3. Select Add Account.
4. Select Exchange.
5. Enter your full Exchange email address ([e-mail]) and Cougarnet password.
6. Enter what you would like for the description.
7. Tap Next.  (Note: your email configuration will be automatically configured and the information you provided will be checked off.)
8. Enter the following:
   1. Email:  Your full Exchange email account ([e-mail])
   2. Server: outlook.office365.com
   3. Domain:  (Optional) Leave Blank
   4. Username:  Your CougarNet with the @cougarnet.uh.edu domain.  Example: [e-mail]
   5. Password:  Your CougarNet password
9. Tap Next.
10. Select the desired services.
11. Tap Save
