1. Go to http://ebb.law.uh.edu/
2. Log in with your cougarnet credentials using your full cougarnet email address, it will take you to a microsoft login webpage if you have not already logged in before.
3. Once you are logged in, on the top right corner, Click on the installer for your computer.
4. Follow the installation wizard's instructions.
5. Open the Electronic Bluebook app
6. First time startup will ask for the school code, enter school code UHLAW
7. Click continue
8. Enter your full cougarnet email and then click “Get Exams”.
9. Enter your Exam/Anonymous Number found here: https://www.law.uh.edu/secure/numbers/homepage.asp.
Click the dropdown box to select your exam, everything else should auto populate. Or you can do a practice exam to test out the software. Do not use the practice exam for your actual exam.
